We where in a reasonably large apartment adjacent to a quiet area 5 minutes away from the Village, and the beach of lake Tremblant.

Location was amazing and magnificent, not too far from Mont Tremblant Resort

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being right next to the village and on the side of the mountain. the unit itself is known for being clean and well, organized, exceeding expectations from the photos provided. some guests have mentioned the well, equipped facilities and perks such as a gondola pass.

There seems to be an issue with communication and information regarding check, in and check, out procedures. Some guests have experienced difficulties getting accurate information from the front desk or receiving timely responses to their queries.

We had a GREAT stay. Don't miss Restaurant Pizzateria, situated very close to the apartment. The property is a short way from Roots.

I had a superb experience staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to the village. It was quiet and peaceful during my stay. The room was very clean and even better than the photos showed. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the service provided was excellent. The facilities were well-organized and made my stay comfortable. I especially enjoyed the gondola pass perk, which added to my overall satisfaction.

The information about checking in and out was poor and caused some confusion.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay on the side of the mountain. The unit was very clean and better than the photos showed. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Plus, there was a nice perk of a gondola pass included, although we had already purchased them.

That we had to pick up the keys at a different location, which took longer than expected. Additionally, the lack of clear information about check-in and check-out was a bit frustrating, as the front desk either couldn't provide accurate information or didn't return our calls.

The cleanliness and organization of the place were outstanding, and I was thoroughly impressed. Will definitely be returning.

The only minor drawbacks were that checking in took a bit longer than expected because we had to pick up the keys elsewhere, and there were some outside steps covered in thick ice, making them quite dangerous. It would have been helpful if there was sand or gravel provided to prevent slipping accidents.
